Announcements:

Progress report for program review is complete.
AVID orientation for students occurred last Wednesday. About 10 to 20 students wanted to participate, but since they are at different levels of math and English, it was decided that there would be no math and English criterion.
First proposals for Program Improvement and Development Process and Program Maintenance Process and Classified Staffing Proposal are due W 12/19.
F 12/07 meeting for "Curriculum Pilot" (connecting consecutive math courses)

Math 25 Final Exam Assessment (Michael, Tue, & Clint): (5 hours flex credit) W 01/09, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.,
Math 12 (Marcia and Erich): revision of mastery quizzes to align with SLO’s and order of Consortium and Carnegie, (4 hours flex credit) Th 01/10, 10 a.m. – 2:00
[Math FT and Adjunct Flex, Sp 2008 (Carol? & Erich?): tutoring (4 hours flex credit) Th 01/10, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.]
[New faculty orientation W 01/09, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.]
Use Excel/Graphing calculator (Julie & Clin & Nick): Math 30 and Math 34 (graphing, regression, etc). (3 hours flex credit) Th 01/10, 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
